Support Portal Goes Live

The Support Portal provides a variety of services for our customers including:
- Tips, techniques and best practices for using TraceLink's supply network solutions and product traceability applications
- Administrative guides for the setup and management of TraceLink's pharmaceutical supply collaboration, ePedigree and serialization applications
- Troubleshooting guides to help diagnose problems and take preventative action for operational issues
- Electronic submission and real-time tracking of support cases
- Historical records of resolved support issues across your organization available for review at any time
As expected, our full suite of technical support services are also always available via telephone and email as well.
