Shabbir Dahod
President and CEO
As President and CEO, my vision is to build a business that will transform how companies manage the manufacturing, packaging and distribution of products across a network of supply partners. Since 2003, a core team of us built SupplyScape, which was purchased by TraceLink in 2009, by working with industry on breakthrough track and trace solutions for product security and consumer safety. At TraceLink, we are blending decades of knowledge in technology and supply chain business process with revolutionary approaches to constructing Cloud based collaborative applications that will significantly improve supply chain management and operations. My contribution is to leverage 25 years of experience in product innovation, business strategy and management excellence in order to provide our customers with a Predictable Supply Network that delivers measurable improvements in the performance of their business. An eclectic set of work experiences in almost all facets and stages of a technology business providing solutions to small and large organizations combined with rich perspectives from Paul Allen companies to Microsoft and FirstMark Capital enable me build a company valued by our customers.

Mike Mozzer
CFO
As the Chief Financial Officer of TraceLink, I lead the accounting, financial, legal and human resources functions of the company. In addition, I am fortunate to have the opportunity to work closely with our customers throughout the sales process and see the value that our solutions bring to their firms. Working for innovative high technology companies and helping them establish business models and infrastructures to drive growth and scalability is an enduring passion of mine. I started my career in the Boston office of one of the Big 4 accounting firms and I draw on over eighteen years of accounting and financial experience in both public companies (Computervision, MatrixOne) and privately held venture capital backed start-ups (nTAG Interactive, Performaworks, Aras Corporation).

Peter Spellman
SVP Products and Cloud
When we were launching TraceLink, the idea of transforming an industry by connecting partners, enabling collaboration and the shared execution of business processes excited all of us on the founding team. In my role as SVP of Products and Cloud, I’m driven by defining, developing and delivering products and technologies that solve real customer problems in innovative ways. I’m able to leverage my over 23 years of industry experience in distributed and collaborative systems in order to deliver on our vision. While at MITRE, I invented a place-based collaborative environment that became a standard collaborative environment across DoD and intelligence agencies. Making a difference in the world of those users was a huge reward and many of those lessons are still applicable over 15 years later! I’ve delivered new products to Fortune 1000 companies and consumers alike to make new markets and like the rush of bringing something new to the market. I’m fortunate to be working with an experienced team, many of whom I have worked with for many years. We’re dedicated to getting our new products out to you and looking to make a difference in your work life.

Brian Daleiden
VP Marketing and Online Sales
As Vice President of Marketing and Online Sales, my passion is to connect with potential customers, give them clear and concise information on how we can help them, then remove barriers standing in their way. At the end of the day, people make decisions and put their name on the line, not just companies. The challenges are exhilarating: How to cost-effectively reach hundreds of thousands of prospects worldwide? How to communicate solutions intersecting supply chain, social networking and cloud computing boundaries? How to simplify online exploration of and access to solutions that are traditionally delivered through enterprise sales models? I feel lucky to be able to leverage the team around me and my more than 20+ years of diverse marketing and product development experience in small startups (ICOM, SupplyScape) and multi-national corporations (Rockwell Automation, Catalyst International). If there is one thing I have learned through developing and launching products, creating brands and defining inbound marketing strategies, it is to listen, react and adapt to the market rather than stick to a single playbook.

Graham Clark
VP Sales and Business Development
In my 25 years in the computer software industry I have been directly involved in working with customers through the adoption of every generation of enterprise computing; from mainframes and UNIX with IBM, thru PCs with a long career at Microsoft and on to the 1st generation Internet as CEO of a SaaS accounting software company. Each transition promised and often delivered benefits to the enterprise customer, but how do you plan the adoption of cloud and social networking, and make it work with your existing infrastructure? As Vice President of Sales and Business Development my role is about making customers successful as they adopt TraceLink cloud-based collaborative supply chain application as part of their overall enterprise IT plan – we created the Agile Adoption model for precisely this purpose. I work with a team of incredible people with great passion, knowledge and experience. My role is to marshal these people and the resources of our business partners to drive customer success.

Lucy Deus
VP Products
In my role as VP Products, I’m responsible for defining TraceLink’s cloud-based collaborative supply chain applications. I have a strong passion for engaging with customers to understand their challenges and believe that the most valuable innovations stem from joint collaboration and a shared sense of “seeing” the future. Our solutions are informed by direct interaction with our customers to understand their operational needs, business challenges and opportunities. In my 20+ year career, this customer-first approach has enabled me to deliver innovative products for my customers. While at MITRE, I delivered collaboration and workflow solutions to bring together virtual teams for the Intelligence Community. At several startups I delivered SaaS-based track-and-trace and e-commerce solutions that helped a diverse set of customers ranging from Fortune 1000 corporations to individual online consumers. The TraceLink team and I are excited to work with you on solutions that help you innovate on the execution of your shared business processes and create value with your supply chain partners.

In my over twenty years of architecting, deploying and managing distributed systems, I haven't been more excited about this opportunity to be a part of a veteran team aimed at transforming the way an industry works. The drumbeat of change is a constant in my field, but the drums have never been louder than of late. With cloud technologies at the cusp of this change, the fundamentals of systems architecture and management still remain and drive our approach to delivering to you the best solutions. After 10+ years leading customer facing teams, I still enjoy the buzz associated with seeing a satisfied customer use our solutions to enhance their business. As the Director of Customer Services and Success, my job is to help our customers get the most business value possible from their investment in TraceLink's solution. Each engagement brings new challenges and an opportunity to work together to solve real world business problems. I also believe that the Customer Services team is responsible for bringing the voice of the customer to TraceLink to ensure that our solutions continue to meet their requirements. I strive to put the best people, tools and processes in place to make sure our customers have a great experience and take one step closer to a Predictable Supply Chain.

In my role with TraceLink, I’m devoted to the development of business, marketing and sales strategies as well as managing TraceLink’s Online Sales. Prior to joining the team, I’ve worked with several start-up companies and bring over 6 years of sales and business development experience selling business and technology solutions (Software, Hardware and Services) to Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 customers in the US and EMEA Regions. My passion lies in relationship building and communication with clients through various channels all the while gaining insightful knowledge into industry trends. Having the ability to help people discover a solution to a critical business challenge is what I thrive on.
